Size measurement
Choosing the appropriate size is a very important procedure if you don’t want to be disappointed in what you’ve ordered. But how to choose the correct size? Please remember that the collar shouldn’t be too narrow otherwise it will be difficult to put it on and off. However if the collar will be too loose it may easily slip off the dog’s head when your pet bows. The correct measurement is when you size around the largest part of the head of your dog and add 2 – 3 inches (5 – 7 cm).

Please consider that if you are not a professional trainer it’s necessary to consult an experienced breeder or dog trainer before using the choke collar. The reason is to get the necessary effect the collar should be used correctly. Correct usage consists of a quick ''jerk-and-release'' action that tells the dog his behavior is wrong.
Material
This Choke Dog Collar is made of steel plated with chrome. It means that it’s covered with a thin layer of chrome. What purpose it was laid with chrome for?
