Wear resistance. Plates are hand set with 2 brass rivets. Hand set brass rivets secure brass buckle and D-ring (for tags and leash). These fittings are rust proof and riveted to hold forever. Your dog will never get bored of wearing this Superb Leather Collar, that's why it's necessary to maintain it in good shape. We do our best to provide your dog with first-class equipment, however, you also may do a lot to contribute to perfect stance of the Collar. This may be the perfect collar for big dogs. The six rivets that attach the rings have withstood the full power of my 100 lb. german shepherd without blinking an eye. Strength and style...what more could I ask for?
