Measure under the arms, across the fullest part, around shoulder blades. Try to keep the tape horizontal. |

Measure around the narrowest part, also keeping the tape horizontal. |
| 3.HIPS |
Measure around the fullest point of the hips. |

Using measuring tape, measure your body (not over clothing) and refer to the sizing tables below as guiding charts. If you fall between sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
